The Story of My [Exercising] LifePosted by: JYu on May 11, 2009 |

As a kid I didn't really care about what I ate. My Mom made sure I didn't eat anything too bad, or if I did, that I didn't eat too much. I wasn't worried about eating healthy or about food in general. I didn't think I had to do anything about what I ate because I'm a skinny guy. However, as I began to get older, I began to put on some weight. It caused me to realize that I needed to get more exercising done, or I would end up overweight.
As I began to get in better shape, I didn't totally like the idea of giving up my time to exercise. This was not an easy thing for me to do. It required sacrifice, and I didn't have a whole lot of motivation at the time. The thing that got me more interested in making the effort was riding my bike. They allowed me to get out and exercise more, but also allowed me to have fun while doing it.
