It’s Music Monday on Twitter everyone. I decided to bring back my new exercise playlist. I get a lot of hits and I am excited to share with you new music that will get you running the extra mile and get the juices pumping on your next workout:

The Pony Pasture 5K was an overall success!  Congratulations again Richmond Road Runners, and great idea for having watermelon and wet paper towels at the end of the race! Impressed, there was a massive crowd for this 3.2-mile flat road race that went 1.5 miles in one direction and the other way back.  An estimated 400 participants made it out and even a group of local senior citizens from the nearby retirement community on Forest Hill came out in support for Dr. Peter Still, who the race is dedicated for.
