I’m mad, sad, and angry and most of all STRESSED out! Whether it is your job, school, or relationships we all have those moments of frustration. Take your anger out by exercising. The reason why I run and work out five to six times a week is that I am stressed! Just kidding. It’s not 100% of the reason. There are some days though when I just want to punch someone in the face, but I can’t and it’s just sickly wrong. So, what do you do to relieve the pain - stress? The first thing that comes to mind (well besides venting to your best friend) is to exercise!

I been noticing at the gym for a couple of weeks that many runners either just run or do other forms of cardio whether its the elliptical, stationary bike, and stair master.

The Story of My [Exercising] Life

As a kid I didn't really care about what I ate. My Mom made sure I didn't eat anything too bad, or if I did, that I didn't eat too much. I wasn't worried about eating healthy or about food in general. I didn't think I had to do anything about what I ate because I'm a skinny guy. However, as I began to get older, I began to put on some weight. It caused me to realize that I needed to get more exercising done, or I would end up overweight.

Losing 2 Lbs. in 7 Days- Diet

I'm not much into weight loss, I'm more into maintaining health through a steady, healthy diet and regular exercise (6 days per week). However, there are certain times when a girl (or guy) needs to drop a pound or two, and fast! I don't recommend doing this often or for more than one week at a time. In my case, I've got a big gala this weekend and a Size 4 BCBG dress is a little smaller than a regular Size 4- thus the need to diet.

Fun Workout of the Day!

This is my most fun and entertaining workout. It's kind of like an interval workout with no rhyme or reason, and it requires only your tennis shoes, treadmill, and favorite workout playlist.

Making Running Fun

Welcome to my blog, "Making Running Fun." Like many, I love to exercise but I get distracted very easily and need to find ways of entertaining  myself while I run. "Real" runners are never supposed to admit that they get bored, but who doesn't?! 60 minutes on the treadmill is enough to drive anyone crazy.
