I've been a member on mapmyrun.com for awhile now and use it mainly to share my runs with other runners. Seems like a competitor to our website, Cool Running, and Runner's World, but they focus on the mapping (in my opinion). Normally I use Google Maps but I find mapmyrun.com a lot more easier after all they have markers, calculate the miles and use maps according to Google.
Below you can see my almost 9 miler completion. Get a closer, in depth look here. It felt like a fifteen miler factoring both the heat and humidity. I was drenched in sweat right after, advise - do not wear a cotton top when running in the summer, it will just drag you along. My singlets and clima-cool shirts were in the wash and wouldn't dare going shirtless!
