This past week was tough. I started out the challenge strong and completed 20 each of the 100 required situps and pushups, as well as the first two sessions of Week 3 for the C25k. However, I hit a bit of a stumbling block by catching a virus that kept me sick the remainder of the week.
However, I am not down...nor am I out - something that truly shows growth on my end. Usually a small setback like this would cause me to quit completely - no longer!!
This next week will be used to "catch up". I'm not changing the terms of the challenge from last week. Instead, I'm going to complete the challenge. The extra training session for Week 3 will only serve to strengthen - so no harm there.
I look forward to checking in with better results next week!!
